Counter-Notification:

If you believe that the material removed or disabled is not infringing, or you have authorization from the copyright owner, you may send us a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in New York, and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA claim.
